Every candle hand-crafted, from my home to yours

Briar Street Studio begins in a 350-square-foot apartment in Chicago, with a simple love for candles and a much bigger purpose behind them.

 

In the midst of a personal healing journey, I turned to scent as a way to feel grounded. Noticing the world around me and grounding myself in my senses played a huge role in my healing. Lighting a candle became a ritual that helped me reconnect with the present moment.

Briar Street Studio is rooted in that experience. Each candle is hand-poured with intention, designed to bring warmth to your space and support to those still finding theirs. A portion of every purchase goes toward a local Chicago organization that supports survivors of domestic violence—because healing should never be walked alone.

 

The name “Briar Street” is a little nod to beginnings. It’s where I started fresh, started healing, and started dreaming of something more.
