1. About Us
Briar Street Studio is a small-batch candle company based in Chicago. Our candles are hand-poured with care and a portion of every purchase supports survivors of domestic violence. Thank you for being here.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they’ve been processed.
3. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays or weather. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100. This is automatically applied at checkout.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns at this time. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at briarststudio@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
5. Product Information
Each candle is hand-poured, so slight variations in color or appearance may occur. We provide full scent descriptions and recommend reading carefully before purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including product names, descriptions, photos, and branding—is the property of Briar Street Studio. Please do not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Briar Street Studio is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Always burn candles within sight and follow proper candle safety practices listed on the bottom of the candle.
