We want you to love your candle experience with Briar Street Studio. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

• All sales are final, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for damaged or defective items.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of scent preference or used items.
